I make specialty cakes and desserts for all occasions including yet not limited to weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, bar and bat mitzvahs, business functions, and dinner parties.

  All of my cakes, fillings, and butter creams are made from scratch in small batches. The ingredients are always of the highest quality. Please note that vegan cakes, vegan desserts and fondant may include margarine, vegetable shortening and vegan confectioner's sugar which are sometimes necessary in their production.

  I offer a wide range of flavors to choose from. My products include traditional flour cakes as well as gluten free, vegan, organic, lactose and casein free, sugar free, refined sugar free and egg free. Recipes can be adapted to any dietary sensitivities . I also disclose a complete list of the ingredients used upon request.

  My cake designs range from simple layer cakes, tiered, square, as well as sculpted. I make one of a kind fondant and sugar paste cake tops and decorations. 

   I enjoy working personally with each client, helping to fulfill the desired look, feel, and taste of their final product. 

  Tastings and consultations are available by appointment.   I deliver in the greater Cleveland area. Fees are based on travel distance and the size of the cake.
